Are these for sale or for rent?
For sale. A1 Urban Living is a 64-home condominium — you own your residence, not lease it.
What do they cost?
One-bedrooms start at $275,000 and two-bedrooms at $325,000. Early buyers who reserve by our current deadline receive a $5,000 credit toward closing costs, the first year of condo fees covered, and the ability to select their assigned parking space. Pricing is preliminary and subject to change.
What are the condo fees, and what do they cover?
Condo fees start at $180 a month and cover common-area maintenance, building exteriors, landscaping and lawn care, snow removal, trash, common-area insurance, property management, common-area electricity, and reserve contributions.
How many homes, and what sizes?
Sixty-four in total: 30 one-bedroom and 34 two-bedroom plans. One-bedrooms run approximately 750–825 square feet and two-bedrooms approximately 1,050–1,100 square feet.
What’s included in each home?
Quartz counters, stainless appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings, in-home laundry, generous closets, and a private balcony on most plans.
Is there parking?
Yes — 84 on-site spaces, with at least one assigned to every home. Spaces are assigned rather than separately deeded, and four designated electric-vehicle charging spaces are planned.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are permitted.
When will it be built?
The project is in design and permitting. Construction timing, pricing, and availability will be confirmed as the design is finalized and permits are obtained — join the priority list and we’ll send updates as they’re released.
